Overall very satisfied. It was clean organized and quiet. You do need to drive to local markets and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet but you do hear sirens fairly frequently. It is located in the 3rd Ward and for an out of towner like me, I wasn’t aware that this is a rough neighborhood. But i didn’t have any problems. I am male and can manage if anything came up. Overall very pleased with my stay.

We loved this Airbnb and plan on coming back next year. Everything was super easy and clean. The neighborhood is a little noisier to me but that must be because I’m used to the quiet in the country. This Airbnb is located near downtown Houston so more noise is to be expected. They provided some essentials which was useful and the bed was huge and comfortable. I would recommend 😁

I really enjoyed my extended stay at The Escape was so convenient for our commute to work. The one-bedroom studio was clean and thoughtfully modernized—great job on the updates! My only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress for added comfort. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others. The owners are very responsive and clearly take great care in managing their Airbnb.

The Escape were outstanding hosts! They consistently remained in contact with me throughout my entire stay giving great recommendations for various types of scenery and making sure my trip was going well. I can tell they renovated the area based off the photo on google maps and I think they did an excellent job! Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay as they provided a clean and cute apartment equipped with everything you need, and without a doubt recommend others to stay as well if considering!!

My stay with the Escape was wonderful! The place was very clean upon arrival. Appreciated the keypad entry and the ring doorbell. Great location. Easy access to so much. Kitchen has all utensils readily available as well as toiletries. If you are looking to stay in Houston, do not pass this place up! Thank you again, for letting me stay at your beautiful condo.

My overall experience was amazing! The host was very responsive, professional and communicative. The place was very clean, perfect location and easy access to nearby things. My 3 week stay felt like I was at home away from home. If you’re visiting Houston I’d definitely recommend this place as it’s right near midtown and nearby the main attractions of Houston.

We needed something last minute for an extended stay and host was more than accommodating. The unit was clean and had all the essentials, also located in a very convenient area-very easy to get around. Would highly recommend to anyone considering!

Had a great stay at Escape’s 80s/90s listing! Very great location everything is about 10 minutes when were talking about DT Houston and even smaller things like the park or zoo. Definitely recommend!
